At Khansama Tandoori Restaurant, we are committed to serving freshly Khansama Refund Policyprepared North Indian cuisine of the highest quality. As our products are freshly cooked and perishable food items, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy in compliance with Singapore food safety practices and online platform requirements.

1. No Return of Food Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, cooked food, beverages, sauces, desserts, and other perishable items sold by the restaurant cannot be returned once delivered, collected, or served.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We may provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing item from the order
  • Food received in damaged or spilled condition
  • Food quality issue verified by the restaurant
  • Order cancelled by the restaurant and payment already processed

3. Reporting an Issue

To help us resolve your concern promptly, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving a delivery order, or self-collection orders

Please provide:

  • Order number or receipt
  • Contact number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos where applicable

4. Resolution Process

After reviewing the issue, the restaurant may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected item,
  • Provide store credit,
  • Offer a partial refund, or a full refund where justified and deems fit

Refunds, if approved, will generally be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, peak-hour demand, or third-party delivery partners. Refunds are generally not provided for minor delivery delays beyond the restaurant’s reasonable control or the order has been accepted by the customer.

6. Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

Many of our dishes may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

  • Dairy
  • Nuts (including cashew nuts)
  • Gluten
  • Soy
  • Seafood
  • Eggs

Customers are strongly encouraged to inform the restaurant of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen environment.

7. Cancellation Policy

The orders placed directly with us by our whatsapp BOT +6582065440, website and Google Merchant centre are eligible for refunds. Orders placed via third party apps / platforms (GrabFood, FoodPanda, Oddle Eats etc) not refundable by Khansama. The customer is required to contact and settle with the delivery app / platform used to place the order. Orders once confirmed and food preparation has commenced cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For advance orders, cancellation requests may be considered if made at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellation requests for catering orders may be considered if made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
